cut the onions in four
sauté onions with oil for a few minutes
add chicken, harissa, salt and saffron

add enough water and cook halfway through the chicken and chickpeas, add oil to the dough

cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally
add quartered potatoes
put the pasta in a large bowl
wet with sauce and mix well
return to couscoussier and cook for 15 minutes
add the two peppers to the sauce
pour the pasta into an ovenproof dish
add smen, cinnamon, a pinch of pepper
